Damaged Merchandise
All orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in good condition. When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage. If you do find damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with FedEx. It is important that you save all boxes and packing material for inspection in case FedEx desires to inspect it. We will make every attempt to replace the damaged merchandise, but you have to contact us within 5 days of the receipt of your order, otherwise your claim may be denied.
